Shipping & Delivery

What shipping options are available? We offer the following shipping methods to the United States:
- Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
- Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (on all orders)
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10 (if free threshold not met, but we currently offer free standard on most orders – check at checkout!)
Note: Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States.

How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track it directly through the carrier's website.
Returns & Exchanges
- What is your return policy? We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, underwear/bottoms are final sale (non-returnable/exchangeable) unless defective.
- How do I start a return? Contact our support at support@stickelmediation.com or log into your account to initiate a return. We'll provide instructions and (if eligible) a prepaid return label.
- What about refunds? Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item (usually within 5–10 business days). Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Products & Sizing
- How do I find the right size? Check our detailed size chart on each product page. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to our chart for the best fit.
- Are your products true to size? Most of our items run true to US sizing, but lace and stretch fabrics can vary slightly – refer to product descriptions and customer reviews.
